We want you to love your purchase!

Due to the nature of our boutique inventory and third-party fulfillment arrangements, certain restrictions apply to returns and exchanges.

Return Eligibility

To request a return, customers must:

Ensure the item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Include original tags and packaging where applicable.

Obtain return authorization before shipping an item back.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

Final sale and clearance items.

Items marked non-returnable.

Worn, washed, damaged, or altered merchandise.

Jewelry and personal-use items, where applicable and permitted by law.

Dropshipped Merchandise

Some products are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers. Return eligibility, shipping instructions, and applicable restrictions may differ by product.

Please contact us before returning any dropshipped merchandise. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability and supplier return requirements. If an exchange is unavailable, an eligible refund may be offered

Approved Refunds

Once a return has been approved and the merchandise has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number.

A description of the issue.

Clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us. We will help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

Refund Exclusions

Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, and other non-refundable charges will not be refunded unless required by law or otherwise approved by Velvet & Vice Noir.
